Dr. María Alejandra Valdés García

Bachelor’s degree in Classical Literature, UNAM, and PhD in Classical Philology, University of Salamanca. Since 1990 she has taught at the Colleges of Hispanic Literature, Classical Literature and the Postgraduate Program in Literature at the FFyL of the UNAM. She is a full-time professor and head of the New Spanish Studies and Patristics Seminary projects. Her line of interest is ancient Christian literature. She is also a member of the Mexican Association of Classical Studies and the International Association of Patristic Studies.
